Notice of Tentative Assessment Roll for the Village of Westbury
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Tentative Assessment Roll of the Village of Westbury for the fiscal year June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027 has been filed with the Village Clerk.
Effective February 1, 2026, the 2026 Tentative Assessment Roll may be seen and examined by any person during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 4:30 P.M in the Village Clerk’s Office, 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, NY 11590. All applications for grievance review of any assessments must be filed on or before February 17, 2026. Take further notice that on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, the Board of Assessment Review will meet between the hours of 2:30pm and 6:30pm at Village Hall, 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, NY 11590 to hear complaints in relation thereto, and to make any determination in relation to the 2026 Tentative Assessment Roll.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Westbury will hold a public hearing at the Village Hall, 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, New York, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 7:30p.m. The Board will propose a program for the use of Community Development Block Grant funding that may be allocated to the Village in the 52nd
year of the Nassau County Consortium. At the Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Westbury that a public hearing will be held at the Village Hall, 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, New York, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 7:30 P.M.to consider the application of Taco Bell of America, LLC, for a special use permit for extended restaurant hours until 11 p.m. and extended drive-through hours until 2 a.m. at the property known as 511 Old Country Road, Westbury, New York.
