NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Westbury that a public hearing will be held at the Village Hall, 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, New York, on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. to consider the application of Taco Bell of America, LLC, for a special use permit for extended restaurant hours and extended drive-through window and speaker hours until 2 a.m. daily (with live attendees only from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.) at the property known as 511 Old Country Road, Westbury, New York.

At the Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

At the hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Westbury will hold a public hearing on August 6, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., to consider the application of GO Westbury, LLC, for the development of a 184-unit multi-family, mixed-use building to be located on Railroad Avenue, near the intersection of Post Avenue, Westbury, New York, pursuant to Article XXXIX of Chapter 248 of the Village Code. The hearing will take place at the Village Hall, 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, NY. Interested persons may view the application and associated materials at any time between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Clerk’s Office, 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, NY.
At the hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. In addition, individuals may submit comments via email to avikse@villageofwestbury.gov or regular mail to 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, New York by close of business on August 6, 2026, and such written comments will be made part of the record.
