Dear Property Owner:

We are pleased to announce that the Village has upgraded its tax collection software to enable you, should you choose, to pay your Village tax bill via our new tax payment portal.  Village tax payments are due by July 1, 2026.

Please note: All property owners will receive a printed tax bill this year, even if your bank, lender, or mortgage company pays your tax bill to us directly. Please refer to your bank, lender, or mortgage company to confirm payment to us and do not make a duplicate payment.

Pay your taxes online: To pay your current Village of Westbury Tax Bill by credit card or electronic check online, go to www.villageofwestbury.gov and click “Pay Taxes Online”. This will take you to our payment portal where you will be prompted to enter your parcel information in the search engine, which will bring up your tax bill and allow you to make your online payment. Please be sure that the property is correctly listed before making the payment. Payment by credit card will incur a convenience fee of 3.95% of your total tax payment. A flat fee of $1.95 plus an additional $3.50 will be charged for electronic check payments. These convenience fees are not payable to the Village of Westbury, but rather to the online payment processing company. You can avoid these additional convenience charges if you continue to pay by mail or in person.  When using the portal, we recommend putting your House # and Street Name in the Search.

Pay by mail: Make checks payable to “Village of Westbury”. Please write Bill No./Parcel ID No. on your check and include the tax bill stub with payment. Please have the postal clerk date stamp the tax payment envelope.

Pay in-person: You can pay in person by cash or check between 9:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays) at Village Hall, 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, New York 11590. If you wish to pay in cash, please note that you must have exact change.
