_{Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Westbury will hold a public hearing at the Village Hall, 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, New York, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 7:30p.m. The Board will propose a program for the use of Community Development Block Grant funding that may be allocated to the Village in the 52nd year of the Nassau County Consortium.   At the Hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.}

Village of Westbury that a public hearing will be held at the Village Hall, 235 Lincoln Place, Westbury, New York, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 7:30 P.M.to consider the application of Taco Bell of America, LLC, for a special use permit for extended restaurant hours until 11 p.m. and extended drive-through hours until 2 a.m. at the property known as 511 Old Country Road, Westbury, New York.}
